He began his career as an intern at IBM while finishing his Bachelor’s degree in IT management at the
faculty for mathematics and computer science of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
After returning to Serbia he continued building a career in the local IT industry, which provided him with ample experience in sales of IT services and solutions.
Aleksandar is the recipient of the Young Leader in Change award for his contribution to the development of young talent, given out by the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia as a part of its AmChamps program. He promotes the development of the regional IT industry and especially the tech start-up ecosystem through active collaboration with organizations Digital Serbia Initiative, Startit, and ICT Hub in Serbia.
Omree is a Cyber Threat Intelligence analyst and a product specialist at Cognyte.
He is also a researcher at the Blavatnik Inter-Disciplinary Cyber Research Center (ICRC), a senior
researcher at the Yuval Ne’eman Workshop for Science, Technology and Security in Tel Aviv University
and a lecturer on various cyber security related topics.
His research fields include national cyber strategies, ransomware and counter-ransomware strategies,
influence operations and cyber threats on elections, cyber threats on space systems and the role of AI in cyber security.

For 10 years of experience in security affairs, Denisa has been intensively working shifting her focus on cybersecurity for the last three years. She has been gaining both academic and working experience in cyber field. Currently, Denisa is a leading Cyber Analyst in the Ministry of Defence of Montenegro, being a pioneer in cyber defence capacity building at a national level. At the same time she is a holder of the MA
Cybersecurity Management Scholarship at Solvay Brussels University. Denisa was also awarded in 2020 with the Fellowship on Cyber Security at Cranfield University, United Kingdom.
During the last year, Denisa has actively participated in various initiatives and organisations promoting cybersecurity but also empowering woman and girls to pursue cyber career, so she is one of the founders of the Montenegro Woman4Cyber Chapter, as well as Mentor in the project “Her CyberTrack”,
International Telecommunication Unit. Denisa actively participate in regional and international conferences, workshops, meetings and initiatives, where she promotes principle of “need- to-share” in cyber, as well as advocating for building cyber capacity trough knowledge sharing.

Ran Levy leads the research team in Cognyte’s Luminar group. In his role, he is responsible for combining the work of CTI analysts and technical analysts, while trying to find innovated ways to collect, monitor and analyze intelligence. Ran was always a technology aficionado and although his official studies include a Masters in Security Studies and B.A in Political Science and Philosophy, his career is all about cyber security. In his free time, Ran volunteers at Project Maat, an organization that assists victims of online violence in de anonymizing their abusers by connecting his digital footprint to his real world Identity. Ran, is also a board member of Street Medicine TLV, an NGO that provide medical treatment to unsheltered homeless.

For more than 20 years Predrag has combined his education in criminal investigations and forensics with Information and Communication Technology knowledge gaining experience in Cybercrime and cyber forensics culminating with a focus on cyber security. At the same time, he wrote a number of academic papers in that field along with a master’s thesis on cloud security and disaster recovery. He was educated at the University of Sarajevo and he is a Chevening Cyber Security Fellow from Cranfield University and a CRDF Cyber Security Fellow from Purdue University. He participated in numerous projects supported by various international organisations, such as UNDP, Unicef, Save the Children, and OSCE to name just a few, most recently as a national consultant for EGA EU-funded Cybersecurity identification and formulation study in the Western Balkans. He also was a part of the international consultant team for UNDP support for the CIAT project as a Data Collection expert. Predrag is leading the establishment of the Cyber Security Excellence Centre and Academic CSIRT facility.
Primož Bedrač has been working in various fields of information technology for over twenty years. In doing so, he worked his way up from system administrator, technical sales consultant to head of sales department. The areas of operation were varied, but mainly domestic and international projects in the field of IT system architecture, business continuity, networks, cyber security and data storage systems. He gained experience in the largest domestic IT companies and also in technology giants such as Oracle and Dell EMC. He is currently a business development manager in the international company TeleGroup, responsible for introducing cyber security solutions into the company’s portfolio.
